At PokeNinJapan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-style fashion. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original PokeNinJapan tags attached in their original packaging.
Submit a Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the RMA slip inside; use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
